Chris Paul has surgery on thumb

Chris Paul point guard for the Los Angeles Clippers underwent successful surgery Tuesday to repair a torn ligament in his right thumb.

Paul’s injury occurred last month in Las Vegas during Team USA’s training camp. Tuesday the surgery was preformed by Dr. Steven Shin a hand specialist at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in Los Angeles.

Approximately 8 weeks is the amount of time Paul is expected to miss which would mean that he most likely would return for the Clippers opener Oct. 31 against Memphis. –BEAR

O.J. Murdock dies in apparent suicide

Titans reserve receiver O.J. Murdock has died of an apparent suicide.

O.J. had not attended training camp over the weekend because of what the team said at the time was a personal issue. Monday Morning 25-year-old Murdock was found inside his car with what appeared to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The car was parked in front of Middleton High School, where Murdock attended school. This is a very sad thing that happened and my thoughts and prayers go out to Murdock’s family.

NBA Draft Tonight

Dear Fans,

The NBA Draft is finally here!!!

Tonight teams will make decisions that will either make them or break them over the next couple of seasons.

Each team has their one big pick tonight and they are craving that they’re collegiate star athlete transfers over into the NBA playing just like he did in college.

We always see incredible players that come out of the draft that lead their team to victory’s and we also see first round pic’s come out of the draft and are a bust.

Tonight Anthony Davis from Kentucky as of right now will be the number one pick in the draft selected by the New Orleans Hornets. He was a beast in college now let’s see if he will be a beast in the NBA. ~ Bear

NBA Finals tied 1-1

Dear Fans,

First of all I have to say this series that we are watching the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. the Miami Heat is one of the best NBA Finals match-ups that we will probably ever see.

The series is tied up so far at 1 a piece. In the two games so far both teams have played really tough and Miami has come out strong at the beginning taking demanding leads. In game 1 Kevin Durant lead his team through a difficult come back and got the job done . The final score was 105-94 OKC.

Durant finished with 36 points while LeBron James finished with 30.  In game 2 of the NBA Finals Durant was no able to quite lead his team all the back from a difficult deficit in which the Heat came out on top 100-96.

Both James and Durant finished with 32 points. Now the series goes over to Miami for 3 straight games where the Heat have the opportunity to finish things out at home. It is going to be tough for the Thunder but i think they will be a-ok. ~ Bear

Dave Austin Success Coach to Top Athletes Discusses When to Hold Them and When to Fold Them

I am a graduate of Harv Eker’s full personal development program. A program I highly recommend. One of the best things I got from the program was getting to know Dave Austin.

Dave coached a good friend of mine and my friend really spoke highly of Dave.

Years later I got the chance to meet Dave myself and he turned out to be such a warm and wonderful person, but more that Dave is the real deal. I live in Los Angeles, CA so every other person I meet is a life coach energy healer.

Dave is the real deal. He is an elite success coach, but made sure all his programs worked by becoming the top or best in all he did (see bio below), then he taught his clients based on his success and they in turn had success.

If you want to really learn from a master, just listen to this interview..

Don’t let the word Elite mess you up. Dave is a real down to earth guy and Dave is the guy I would choose if I wanted to make sure I was successful. Dave makes the interview process easy as he is so wonderfully fun and exciting to talk to and I now call him friend!

Thank you for all you do Dave and thank you for being so gracious with your time. – JW
