Purina announces Tidy Cats new Lightweight cat litter product by allowing celebrities to hurl huge cat litter containers into a bucket.
Okay, that doesn’t sound weird at all right!? Celebrities had a blast free throwing large Tidy Cats Litter containers into a bucket to show how light the new product is and the spcaLA was awarded $100 per throw.
The is no better way to raise funds for a cause while showing off your product and having fun doing it.
At the GBK Gifting Suites for the 2013 Emmy Awards, Celebrities got a chance to show off their free throwing abilities while learning just how light new Tidy Cats Lightweight cat litter really is and with each throw be able to have Purina donate $100 to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles (spcaLA).
I got the chance to interview the Purina and spcaLA spokespersons and was afforded the opportunity to raise another $100 bucks for spcaLA and show off my skills.
I love companies that not use the opportunity to showcase their products by helping great causes like spcaLA. – JW
All the Strength,
Half the Weight
Over 50 years ago, Tidy Cats invented litter. So it’s only fitting that Tidy Cats would reinvent litter with new LightWeight 24/7 Performance®. It’s half the weight, but has all the strength of traditional scooping litter.
But how exactly is it so light? Tidy Cats glad you asked. The difference can be found in the engineered core of each individual piece of litter. Tidy Cats specially designed this new, lightweight core so it’s 50% lighter than traditional scooping litter, but maintains the same strength. Now that’s some pretty amazing litter! And now that you can say goodbye to heavy litter, Tidy Cats thinks your back will thank you.
- Continuous odor control
- Light, tight clumps for easy scooping
- Powerfully absorbent
- 99.9% dust free
