The word meditate means “to think, to reflect, to contemplate, to consider, to plan, and then to observe intently that which you have been thinking about, contemplating, considering, and planning”. Meditate on these ten rules. See which ones you are living, see which ones you are breaking. You can also meditate on other ideas such as love, peace, prosperity, and happiness. You can meditate on the “I AM” consciousness and try to see the real of life. Center your thoughts on these ideas and watch them manifest in your life.
