We prayed. Focused. Took action. Self-promoted. Contributed, and more. How often do we hear, or have you felt, that you, a devout believer, aren’t seeing any results or payoffs, rewards or the glory spoken of? And so the question rises, “what is really my truth based upon results?”
We easily listen to our reasoning minds and intellect. It tells us that we should know, by appearances, what makes sense and looks good, right? So we fall into line and do what it says and what makes perfect sense. But truthfully, are we also recognizing the same traps?
Are there similar thoughts, responses, behaviors, ways of dealing with everything, and same actions? The definition of insanity is “doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” There is no true change—not really, and we face the hard truth that in using the same intellectual mind it’s making the same choices over and over.
Given what it knows, if it knew how to do better, wouldn’t it? Think about it… very few of us would deliberately make a “bad” or “destructive” choice. But during emotional unrest or instability—from disappointments, setbacks, fear, insecurity, low-esteem, failure or pain—we make choices that ultimately turn out to be bad or destructive ones.
Is it possible that we’re not using our best resource—the heart—as the perfect tool to guide us toward good and great decisions? Yes, it is easier said than done.
So how would this really work? And once we learn, how do we get there from here?
In truth, we are operating under universal spiritual laws. We discover ourselves as co-creators with a greater capacity to bridge our everyday real world to our higher way of life.
It starts by getting connected, focused, and centered inward. We’re automatically connected to the most powerful force that there is—God—whose nature move through ours faster, stronger, and better.
We see with greater clarity what we can do… and when to let God do what He does best for us. Yes, there is rhetoric on The Secret, and the Law of Attraction, and more, but at the end of the day, we’re feeling something powerfully connected to us, inside our hearts, in our dreams, and inside our souls.
We are uplifted, empowered and given something special to believe in—ourselves. Yes, even after everything that happened before.
We can choose to feel good, think of what’s good about ourselves, and live happily being who we are.
