7. Have Compassion

I’m just going to quote Dr. Fleet here:
“Have compassion for Life, regardless of what form it is in. Life is very intelligent, whether it is in a plant, an animal, or a human being. It will know, and it will help you in the return. That is the teaching of the Christ. He said, “Inasmuch as you have done it for the least of my creatures, you have done it unto me.” If you can help Life rather than harm it, then Life will assist you. But Jesus said, “Be not deceived; for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap” (Gal. 6:7). If you sow good things into Life, it will return a crop of good things to you. If you sow evil into Life, if you harm Life unnecessarily and willfully, it will hurt you. One who becomes aware of this truth will naturally have compassion for Life.
